非洲生产意面，90％小麦粗面粉，蛋白质13,9％，水分10.4％，小麦面粉精制而成，埃及工厂生产。
我们采取综合管理方法来确保质量。
要制作高品质的意面，第一个标准是原材料要过关，我们的质量保证程序从检查所有原材料开始。
我们选用的是粗粒小麦粉，我们把原材料带到化学实验室，在那里测量水分含量方面的质量保证标准、麦粒大小、蛋白质含量、纤维所占比例以及纯度，以此来确保质量。
其他原料包括面粉、塑料袋、纸箱、甚至透明胶带都经过仔细检验，在进入原材料进入仓库之前，确保质量。
一旦发现不合格的产品，不合格的产品会立即返回给供应商。

We implement a comprehensive quality assurance system.
Since high quality pasta products begin with first standard raw materials, our quality assurance procedures start with inspecting all raw materials.
As semolina is our principle raw material, it travels to our chemical lab, wher it undergoes certain
quality assurance standards in terms of measuring moisture level, granulation level, protein level
fibers percentage, and purity level.
Other raw materials including flour, polypropylene bags, carton and even scotch tape are carefully
inspected to ensure quality standards before being transferred to our raw materials inventory.
When defects are found, such items are immediately isolated and returned back to their suppliers.
In addition, water supply necessary for pasta production goes through a series of filtering processes in the factory’s water station to ensure it meets quality standards.
